Nokia has launched its latest gizmo, Nokia 6 smartphone, priced at just $180. It has been designed by HMD Global and manufactured by Foxconn Technology. The model, as assured by Amazon, is up for sale on its portal. Nokia 6 features as one of Amazon’s “Prime Exclusive line of Smartphones”, and can be purchased at a throw away price as against its prototypes in the market. Without burning a hole in your pocket, Nokia 6 is ready to set it smart.
The device is equipped with a 5.5 inch full HD display features, powered with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor, 3GB RAM, 32 GB of expandable storage capacity, a micro SD card slot, preloaded with latest Android version (7.1), fingerprint sensors, stereo speakers and a 3000 mAh non-removal battery. For a decent price, Nokia 6 has all the specifications and core capabilities that can replace your iPhone model priced as $849.
The chipset of Nokia 6 model consists of an Octo-Core Cortex-A53 central processor along with Adreno 505 GPU. The device has two physical navigational buttons and it measures 154×75.8×7.85 mm.
If you are looking for a USB-C connector, then Nokia 6 could disappoint you a bit. Other downsides of the model include the absence of 802.11ac Wi-Fi support and that you may not get the same performance as from an 800 series chip, as the processor is a part of Qualcomm’s mid-range line-up.
If you have made up your mind to switch to Android with Nokia 6, it is possible that swiping keyboard to access your microphone will excite you on this gadget.
